Cancellation Policy

Lanetours reserves the right to cancel, alter, or substitute any service, tour, ticket, or product booked on lanetours.pt at any time, for any reason.

In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or significant changes to the reserved services, we will make all reasonable efforts to notify the customer, travel agent, or distributor, as applicable, to offer suitable alternatives. If you are not satisfied with the alternatives offered, you may receive a full refund of the original purchase price.

Cancellation Policy for Regular Tour Products and Experiences:

Cancellation with at least 7 consecutive days' notice: no cancellation fee.

Cancellation between 3 and 6 consecutive days' notice: 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellation with 2 consecutive days' notice: 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy for FIT, GIT and MICE (Private Services):

As established and informed in the quote/confirmation.

Refunds will not be available once the tour or service has commenced or in relation to any package, accommodation, meal, or any other service used.

Please note that transaction amounts may be subject to foreign exchange or transaction fees. Your credit or debit card company may convert the payment into the local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on lanetours.pt and the final amount charged on the credit or debit card statement. We recommend contacting your bank or card company if you have any questions about any conversions or applicable fees.
